my story
I’ve always been driven to create impactful, human-centred, end-to-end HR solutions. My background spans markets in Asia, South Africa and Australia, and I have worked with multinationals such as CommBank, Bloomberg and The Trade Desk. I developed all the credentials I needed to succeed in my industry, and I was successful.
But it was during a two-year assignment for Tyme Capital, that I truly understood the opportunity to unlock human potential. My experience in Africa opened my eyes to what it means to use my unique skills and experience to make a tangible difference for others. That journey led me to qualify as a coach and establish Clarity Coaching Lab.
For me today, it’s all about impact for growth, drawing from ‘the best bits’ of my global HR experience for executives, rapidly scaling tech companies, and more traditional corporate clients. My creative upbringing and experience in innovative tech firms mean I think laterally and love to explore possibilities using approaches such as design thinking and experimentation for excellence in coaching and consulting.
Currently based in rural Australia, I find daily inspiration in nature while helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential with innovative, results-driven HR solutions, facilitation and coaching. 2023 was a pivotal year, allowing me to prioritise wellness and work with clients ready to make meaningful changes. 2015
Moved to South Africa as CHRO for fintech startup focused on financial inclusion & black economic empowerment.
2017
Led APAC HR functions from Hong Kong for Bloomberg & The Trade Desk, a high-growth, US-based ad-tech multinational.
2021
Started my multi-year coaching learning with the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership, and practiced coaching.
2023
Left safety of corporate for rural Australia and launched Clarity Coaching Lab to support ambitious individuals & organisations.
